Undergraduate Research Intern 

We ask all incoming undergrads commit to 15 hrs/ wk Mon-Fri, between the hours of 9am-6pm. We ask that you be in lab for 3-4 hour time blocks. You will recieve training on experments that directly relate to a graduate students project and you will be expected to assist the grad students with their projects.

M.S Research Intern 

We ask that master students be in lab in 3-4 hr time blocks for at least 20 hrs/ wk between the hours of 9am-6pm for training purposes. As you gain experience you will have more times available to work without supervision. You be working on an independent project that supports the lab goals and PhD researchers.

PhD Students

You will be expected to be here for approximately 40 hrs/ wk. Your times will be flexible once you receive training on this labs specific SOPs. We will be  flexible with your schedule due to classes and TA positions. You will be expected to take on a leadership role in the lab and guide the undergrads to help you with your specific project. You will lead the research on your own project. We expect you to do one rotation with this lab before consulting about a permanent position in the lab.

Post Doctoral

This will be a full time position with the expectation that you will be in lab at least 40 hours a week. After training you will mentor lab members to help guide them through their projects while also conducting your own independent research.
